..but first, a bit of background. Our daughter is going thru some changes in her living situation, so we began the parental help, from a distance, as we live in the Durango area. All of us began on-line searching for reasonably priced smaller homes in the Grand Valley area. This eventually led us to a variety of listings, including one listed by Chelsey Kribbs. Our daughter made showing arrangements with Chelsey, and found herself in the most competent hands of a true professional. As the parent-financiers of whatever properties were visited, we were in constant contact with Chelsey. We can't begin to express how prompt, competent, professional, thorough and friendly our conversations with Chelsey were! She was a delight to talk with, and always had answers to our questions and concerns. As highly skeptical "who would buy a house, sight unseen" financiers (I guess we can't make that claim any longer ;) ), Chelsey alleviated every one of those concerns. Once a decision was made on the "almost perfect" house, Chelsey really went into no-nonsense mode, and made our offer stick, culminating in a fair offer, for a happy daughter, mom & dad!
